This beauty measures 16x9 inches when fully opened and is made with cotton crochet thread and a plastic fan base. Because of weight of the thread it is a little bulky. It does fold, but I would recommend doing it by hand and carefully. I would not fold it quickly like regular fans. The light grey upper row of the fan is skulls!
